No disrespect to the old theme...I love it, but I think the Rig Veda themed mix is beautiful and extremely meaningful to the new series. Gotta give high thumbs up to both.

@MrWashy You know he has a point. I hate misleading YouTube titles too and your video title does explicitly state "theme remix" which means that the theme itself has been remixed in some way which it clearly is not. Its just the original BSG theme. My intention is not to lecture anybody but once again he has a point ;)

The Theme from the Original Battlestar Galactica is an Awe Inspring Grandeuresque Piece of Music that is Over the Top. It inspiures Greatness to this day. It is at the john Williams Level. A Continuation of this Story would be at The Level of the Ten Commandments.

This isnt REALLY a battlestar galactica theme 'remix' its just the old battlestar theme played over new footage, not much talent put into that. the video response by XtremeIce is alot better

Yes, thank you for the semantics lesson, REALLY. I wanted to call it "BSG Old Theme with the New Titles and Credits Because the New Theme Sucks and the Old Titles and Credits Sucked." Then I figured why not just call it a remix and see if people post critical analysis of my misuse of the word "remix".
