@jamie151994 Some truth to that ,the hardest I have ever been hit in my life,including boxing, was by myself while in a long g-mal sz. Hit my wife in the back and caused permanent damage, bit so hard I broke my jaw and dentures, broke fingers,pulled seat belt so hard I cut my hands ,Also have permanent damage to spine,hips,neck,and shoulders from severe dislocations over a long period, protect the person from hitting themselves though or hitting their head is key. protect them pls. I have only posted my own personal feelings or knowledge on any thing ,especially pertaining to E. In fact I would not even know where to look in that book for anything about having szs. I do however have a lot of personal insight into this & stay updated through med. journals,neuro. blogs,and numerous E blogs, Confusing me with someone else. Have a great day. Rick

oh and for all those people out there thinking that people with epilepsy cant lead a normal life...depends what type of epilepsy u have...thank god for me, mine was pretty mild, which means there isnt a single thing i can think of which i have had to avoid...eg i go on all the rides in theme parks, swimming, sports, driving, done it all and am now a qualified teacher with 2 healthy kids :D so come on ,,, chin up!!

yeh i suffer from epilepsy..since about age 12..now 27yrs old and finally been told i can come off the drugs...dead scared tho..as now that im drug free i dont want the friggin fits to come bak..hope the damn thing has left me for good!! still wana know why i got it tho..really frustrates me...things with no explanation..urrgghh!?!?!?!

I had a brain injury resulting in me having seizutres,these are well controlled unless I forget to take my medication the night before.

@SeizureTalk Just remember dont belive everything you read or hear. Some ppl like to flip the scripts of the Bible. and say whats actually not true. Usually comes from those who dont read the Bible at all.
