POV (Joe)
Jamie looked so pale in my arms. Jessica quickly got in the car and I put Jamie in the back seat. Is she breathing? Jessica asked as she looked from me to Jamie as I drove down the high way. I nodded my head as I gripped the stirring wheel tighter. We arrived at the hospital a few minutes later where they rushed Jamie on a cart to the ER room leaving Jessica crying harder than ever into my chest. Everythings going to be okay. I whispered as I stroked her hair.

POV (Jessica)
Joe and I sat in the waiting room for hours. I had my head rested on his shoulder and I had finally stopped crying. Kevin, Danielle, and Kelly came shortly after we arrived so we werent completely alone. Something still felt like it was missing though Im going to get a soda. Kelly sighed as she walked down the hallway to one of the vending machines. I glanced at the window only to see it start raining.

POV (Jayden)
I sat on the picnic bench in the park. The cigarette pack still left unopened. Jamies words were echoing in my mind she was completely right I had changed. I looked up at the stars only to have a raindrop fall on my face and then a complete shower. I pulled my sweatshirt hood up over my head and let the down pour fall on me. Then out of nowhere I started crying as I got up and walked home leaving the cigarettes on the table. I shoved my hands in my pockets and walked faster home, I was going to tell Jamie she was right and that I was sorry for all the crap I had been putting her through threw the last few years. I began running until I was standing in my driveway. All the cars were gone and the house was locked. What was going on?

POV (Jamie)
I didnt open my eyes immediately but I could feel the scratchy material underneath me and a bandage around my head. My eyes fluttered open slowly only to see my Mother slumped in a chair with my dad fast asleep. Kelly rushed over to me. Shes awake. She said loudly. My mom shot up and ran over to me. Youre okay. She said softly as she cried tears of joy. Wheres Jayden? I asked. My mother looked shocked she looked at me and then at my dad. I sighed before closing my eyes again. Shes going to be okay from what we see. We got that blood clot in her head just in time. Someone said. I suspected it was my doctor. What about the cancer? My mother asked. Its still there, we can still keep trying chemo if you want. The doctor said. I heard my mother sigh before saying, Yes. I opened my eyes again as the nurse checked me. Mom. I said softly. Yes. She said bending down. I want to see Jayden. I whispered. My mom just looked at me as if to say Jayden who? I want to see her one last time before I go. I said louder. Dont talk like that. My mom said in tears. Please Mom. I said again. I need to see her. My eyes closed and there was screaming and yelling. Get a crash cart in here! someone said. Whats going on? My mother screamed. Another blood clot possibly. Someone else said. More screaming and then everything went completely black.
