It's so difficult for any patient had piriformis tightness to do it....

These are impossible for me to do, the pain is way too great... Anyone know an alternate way of doing this for really bad symptoms?

@littlegiant1972 If you are hyperlordotic most likely it is because your abdominals are lengthened and weakened and your hip flexors are tight. Do a you tube search for good hip flexor stretches and ab strengthening exercises. Helped me a lot. Tip: Try and choose abdominal exercises that do not involve hip flexion, since your hip flexors are already dominant. I do a lot of planks and slow crunches with just my upper torso, hinging just above the belly button (not at the hip!). Good luck.
