  • It's so difficult for any patient had piriformis tightness to do it....

  • These are impossible for me to do, the pain is way too great... Anyone know an alternate way of doing this for really bad symptoms?

  • @littlegiant1972 If you are hyperlordotic most likely it is because your abdominals are lengthened and weakened and your hip flexors are tight. Do a you tube search for good hip flexor stretches and ab strengthening exercises. Helped me a lot. Tip: Try and choose abdominal exercises that do not involve hip flexion, since your hip flexors are already dominant. I do a lot of planks and slow crunches with just my upper torso, hinging just above the belly button (not at the hip!). Good luck.
