MBTA or SEPTA? (Philadelphia Transportation vs Boston Transportation)

Which transportation agency do you think is better, more efficient etc and why? These two U.S. transit authorities are the only transportation agencies that operate all of the five major types of transit vehicles: regional (commuter) rail trains, "heavy" rapid transit (subway/elevated) trains, light rail vehicles (trolleys), electric trolleybuses, and motor buses.
ps: The video starts with a video clip of SEPTA then MBTA then SEPTA and MBTA and so on... When it gets to the subway - 2 subway clips representing both lines for SEPTA and followed by 3 subway clips representing 3 lines for MBTA....

I say MBTA... Because they have actual trains, not just stupid electric ones. I also don't care for trolleys. And whenever I say SEPTA it reminds me of 'septic'... As in sewage. But hey, just my opinions. I don't even live ineither of these cities :P
