@thinkpad411 It's the personification of time, the hourglass is its attribute. The skeleton, representing the transience of the flesh, appears underneath a marble drapery, often found on baroque tombs of nobility in French and Italian churches.

Also, it's been a burning question in my mind, what the FUCK is the album cover supposed to be?? To me it always looked a bit like a horse with a guy holding up an hourglass in the "cheers" way.

I've always pictured Cazazza as a Neal Cassidy figure. His biggest legacy is his legendary attitude that inspired all the artists around him.
