Sorry, I never heard in my life anyone saying "bisogna mmmmorire". It's just one of of his many mannerisms. - I would never use such a word as "perfect" for Marco Beasley. But, OK, de gustibus...
-
@000belmonte His "m" unitalian?? What are you talking about? He pronunces any word perfectly and what he sings is completely intellegible.
-
@shobarsch Me too Italian
-
@000belmonte I'm Italian and he sounds wonderful.
-
But that "m" is definitely unitalian. His performance is artificial and has nothing to do with any tradition
-
@dodiezresibemol Thank you very much for your reply. : )

@darkallegiance666 a "da gamba", popular in renaissance and baroque :) beautiful instrument
-
Beasley is nothing short of fantastic in this performance - the voice, his face, the gestures - everything. I could do without the interview, however.
-
Absolutely wonderful. What amazing hands the player of the smaller cello-looking instrument (?) has - beautiful.

E’ pur ò pazzia o gran frenesia, par dirsi menzogna, morire bisogna.
I always keep coming back to this amazing piece and performance. The singer's 'difficulty' to express the "m" of "morire" has a great impact on our feelings as listeners. Thanks for uploading.
