This is a clip from the 1987 film Dragnet starring Tom Hanks and Dan Ackroyd. In this clip we see the Munster house looking as creepy and as ominous as ever! Not long after this the house fell into a state of disrepair.

Beleive it or not, in the original Dragnet 1968 series, episode: The Investigation,they pull up in front of the Munster house also!

actually the one shown here is a replica not the real "the munsters" house.

When production on "The Munsters Today" began in 1988 the original house could not be used. Producer Arthur Annecharico knew the house was as much a part of the show as the characters, so set about constructing an authentic scale model replica. Stock footage from the old Munster movies were used in the pilot episode."

Yes, it's the Munster's house, and it's still there on the current "Desperate Housewives" Wisteria Lane at Universal, although it's gotten a makeover or 2 since this shoot. Ward, June, and the Beaver's house is just down the street, too.
