Islamist preacher Zahir Mahmood hails the Palestinian terrorist group Hamas as "freedom fighters" at a meeting of Viva Palestina in Birmingham, England, on 21 March 2009. He also likens Israel to Nazi Germany by saying Palestinians live in a "concentration camp" and celebrates Hamas leader Ismail Haniyeh giving Viva Palestina convoy participants honorary Palestinian passports. Viva Palestina is a British charity established by George Galloway. It provides material and political support to Hamas.
