When this extraordinary pianist died, I was living in Curitiba, Brazil, and at that point I took all his records and cried a lot. Bill Evans was one of the most brilliant pianists in the history of jazz. Will live in my memory forever.

Thank God for the technology that we can witness the greatest of Bill Evans in our homes on the computer at any time we choose. This was one of Bill's best trios ever

although if i had to choose between Marc Johnson and Eddie Gomez. I would not and could not, both were absolutely marvelous.

Great... Sad that the piano is not well tuned (the hight register is awfull). It's a shame that a so great artist had to play on so bad piano.

My favorite Evans cover of this tune is the one recorded duning a 1976 Paris Concert (issued only by Fantasy Japan).
