Learining a new right hand fingering technique with both of these Carulli pieces, Waltz & Andantino from Aaron Shearer, Classic Guitar Technique Vol. 2, pages 69 & 70.

"This Waltz, by Carulli, employs a fingering which may be unfamiliar but is often used for larger pieces: (i) and (a) are used to sound two notes together on adjacent strings. The notes between measures will then flow smoothly; (m) sounds the last 16th note in the measure, leaving (i) and (a) prepared to sound the chord...
