  • Some people don't have legs, don't have hands. Born without those. They face the difficulties both physical and mental. You can help people who are worse than you. Keep in minds that everything is not perfect. Meditation can help you. Medication can help you. Positive thinking can help you. Don't think that you do what I suggestion, your symptom will disappear in a day or a week. Think that you have been experienced this symptom more than 5 to 10 years, right? how can it disappear in a month.

  • Tics might come with OCD, so you might keep thinking and thinking about it. So, medication helps your some. But don't think that medication will help you 100%. And also don't think that you will not use medication at all. Think that it can help your live in this world easier and you can manage your life and symptom better. Everything is not perfect. Try to do anything not perfectly, and keep yourself busy. Do the good things to others and think that others are worse than you.

  • I don't want you to concern about your symptom. Try to concentrate to what you see, what you hear, what you smell, what you taste, what you touch, and what you think. When you have symptom, you just have consciousness to tell yourself that now you feel this, you feel that, and ignore it. Don't try to force to ignore it, but you just tell yourself that it's not important to keep it in your mind. You can do other good things for others. Try not to think about yourself, think about others.

  • Happy and unhappy can occur. The second is everything can not be stand still. You can't make yourself in one position all the time. The state of any certain is always changed. The third is actually your body and your mind can't be controlled by yourself. You can't control everything. You might think that they are not true. But actually it's true. Every effects come from the cause. If you cause this, you will have this effect. The good effect comes from the right and proper causes.

  • Don't think that your symptom is very important to live your life. I know it's hard not to think, but when you do more often of meditation, it will be easier. Please keep in mind that when you feel stress when meditate, it's the wrong meditation. The correct meditation makes you feel relax and clam. The second of practice is to know that everything in this world has 3 rules. One is everything is not certain, not stable. It changes all the time. Born, Old, Sick, and Die is common for people

  • Medications is important. It can help reduce the symptom about 50% that can help you live in this world. The other way is to adjust the attitude. I think we all think that the symptom is very important. We all try to force it not to happen. In Buddhism has 2 kinds of practice. One is to do the meditation. You just sit and relax, feel that you are exhale and inhale. Do like this for about 10 mins at least everyday. You can do more often, but keep each time at 10 mins. Don't concern on your body.

  • I get Full body tics, i shake and lash out , but i find it easier just to meditate sometimes, it calms you down, but its still hard

  • shut up you
