I've taken over a half dozen courses in Java programming, C++, C# programming and more.
I could open up Notepad and create a poll system for at least a dozen people within ten minutes, probably less than two.
He's right, it's very easy.
For Java you basically just need to import Scanner class and maybe one other, and you can take information typed in.
If you take a Java programming class, your third or fourth class will cover how to create a poll system.
It's VERY EASY TO RIG.
