FYI: It's not really a "sack" or "bag" like we have in the US. It's feathers mounted in a short rubber tube with a wide/flat bottom. On the outside of the tube/shaft, are various rings of plastic and aluminum, which give it the "chinging" sound (like shaky a bag of coins) and help weigh down the bottom. The design allows for better control than a US hacky sack IMO.
Sources: Just got back from a 10 stay in Beijing and Shanghai and am holding one in my hand right now.

@xXHyggefarXx its a sport called jianzi... it has been played since the han dinasty in china (200B.C) and it is one of the most ancient and graceful sports there are. there are no wires involved... only skill and some basic laws of physics.
