Allen... I've been swamped with work trying to help people dealing with the FWC down here in Fla. I greatly appreciate the videos and will view them ASAP! Allen, I have been recreating just how government presumes to have authority over fisherman,

1. registration of your boat to the state/

you are giving the state ownership/ then they have the power to take it.

2. application for permits/ this is an act to beg for permission/ your giving up your rights Conditionally/ for privileges

3.Federal permits the same, you are telling them you are incompetent and want them to rule over you by contract.

4. Any licenses you hold is permission to them.
