  • It was a charter so they took it home. I think they sold most of it and they ate some. We do pretty well out of western Long Island.

  • @HomeMadeGunNut They are because less than one percent of the ocean is protected, big fish have been killed buy 90-99% and that is overfished. Because we have humans kill between 73-100 million sharks a year

  • @limjunyong I guess they are overfished.

  • @HomeMadeGunNut ya thats what I thought

  • @limjunyong Okay then...

  • @HomeMadeGunNut Plus the methyl mercury found in shark meat is highly toxic to humans. We assimilate almost 100 percent of any methyl mercury ingested, which can pass through both the blood-brain barrier and the placenta, making it especially dangerous for pregnant women. Methyl mercury has been linked to mutations, cancer, decreased fertility and neurological damage. So he is killing the ocean which are dying already plus who ever ate the meat of the shark, thats why he is a asshole

  • @HomeMadeGunNut As apex predators, sharks work as a regulator, keeping populations below them in check. They keep the ecosystem healthy and balanced by efficiently going after the older, sicker and slower prey. Once the sharks are gone, the things they used to eat experience population explosions, putting extreme pressure on their food sources in turn. So this could effect our oxygen, water and food think that is a little more important than some money since shark are already overfished!

  • @limjunyong How is he an asshole for killing a shark so that he can eat it and sell the rest to pay his bills and feed his family?

  • @igo4mako lol now Ive got to go taste one
