Very nice pure Strat highlight playing... you have made quite a guitar there. Didn't know that alder was the std body wood on the Pacifica. For a Strat I'd prefer it over ash or poplar.- mid-freq tones are darker and more complex with alder, and if you place pickups in that have great mid-freq response, you can get a ton of tone versatility out of it. Also, graphite string saddles will enhance those mid tones and bring cleaner, well defined chords.
