Let me save everyone 9 minutes of their lives:
On the back of an Arby's receipt is an invitation to complete a survey, in exchange for which they give you a number to write on the receipt and it becomes a coupon for a free roast beef or melt.
Of course you can do what these people did, and that's dumpster dive for other people's coupons, just write down a number on them, pretend you filled out the survey, and steal from Arbys.
