THis cam in a 383 CI motor with 23 deg heads went 8.20s on radials in a stock suspension car. I would say it worked just fine : )

Have never chewed a cam up, this cams been in the car for almost a year. Its street driven with a .682 lift cam. The same cam was in Dusty Bradfords Buick, went 8.teens in the 1/4 and 5.20s in the 1/8th.
