How to natural relax your hair natural or relaxed. This is the method I am using to relax my hair natural and stay away from relaxers. Learn how I mix and apply the Carmel Relaxer to my new growth in between relaxers. This natural relaxer is a good moisturizer for black hair care. I am also doing the coconut cream relaxer to maintain my new growth.

Ingredients For Carmel Relaxer

6 Tbsp Ray Honey
6 Tbsp Olive Oil
3 Tbsp Molasses
1 Tsp ACV (apple cider vinegar)
2-3 Containers of pureed Banana Baby Food or Banana
1-2 Tsp Corn Starch
! Tsp Natural Oil (ex. wheat germ, coconut oil, grape seed, jojoba oil)
4-6 Tbsp of Pure Water

Mix together with spoon put on hair roots to tip. Let set for at 45 minutes (i left mine on for 2 hours)

I love the results of my hair and I will include this in my monthly regime. It last for 4 weeks .. good hair moisturizer.

  • love the video. i put a relaxer in my hair every 6-9 months. my hair really can't take relaxers but it grows sooo thick that i put it on the new growth. i play russian roulette with my hair. my hair has fallen out on at least four or five occasions. no more taking chances. again thanks for the video

  • I found that the co-washes with conditioner and pre-poo helped my new growth soften a lot. I am using the Aphogee to strengthen my hair new growth and relaxed. I am waiting for my edges to grow back and they are taking their sweet time. In late January I will be braiding my hair for maximum growth potential.

  • Oh my cousin was telling me about that maxi glide flat iron she said she really likes it. She said she flat irons her hair with that and uses some product called hollywood olive oil. Her hair is in it's complete natural state and when she's done fla ironing her hair looks like she had a chemical relaxer

  • I have to admit when I first used the maxiglide I used the beyond straight and serum that comes with the maxiglide and did not get the results I wanted. My second time using the maxi I got great results. You really have to find the rt leave-in and heat protectant serum that works for your hair..that is the whole key. It really leave your hair straight with less heat and damage. I am considering not relaxing since I can get the straight relaxed look with chemicals and go back to curly

  • I kind of laughed, when you said I stay away from relaxers, yet you're using one right now.

  • i have heard all from all over that the honey will lighten your hair color, especially when water is added to the mix. i do not want that. will the honey really lighten your hair?
