You end murders by prosecuting all of those involved in it. Arrest and punish all of those who accuse others of witchcraft and arrest and imprison all of those who attack those accused of witchcraft.
The only cure for chaos and madness in a society is the rule of law.

Did they even think that maybe the little boy did not like the woman and just wrote her name down. People who are REALLY invovled in harming people with this stuff should be triad because I never believed in this stuff untill I saw some junk I could not explain.

It is perhaps arrogant to dismiss these villagers and their strong beliefs in religion and witchcraft.These beliefs will not disappear as long as human beings attribute some phenomenon to the unknown.A curious similarity,however, exists between what is hapening in Kisii and what hapened in America in the 17th century in what is known as the Salem Witch Trials.The solution here will not be found in tight policing or condemnation but in helping the villagers demistify human conditions and ailments
