Extremely powerful, thanks! From its simplicity comes a great complexity, and from its complexity comes simplicity. Once again many thanks.

@autumngrief Certainly symbols do hold power. One must decide though what power one seeks and what power one will use. More important is the source of the power. Freemasonry uses symbols in almost everything you see in the entertainment industry. What is their source and mission. God gave us His language but can we missuse it by trying to go around God and use it for ourselves? God Gives us His symbols for understanding and His glory.

The symbols oviously hold no power over matter, or all those that use the language would be enchating spells like harry potter.

The symbols hold no power. I agree. It is their meditation that holds power, their empowerment in the mind. This is why those who meditate the symbols have power. Are you a mage?

I would have to disagree and say that the symbols DO have power, insomuch as anything is capable of having power. They serve as gateways to particular areas of superconciousness. Constant attention given to any symbol over a period of time will gradually build up the potency of the symbol. The power does not come from the symbols own inherent existance...but then that could be said for anything.

I love your comment. Symbols are linked to their source of power, and we access this power thru the contemplation of the symbol (amongst other things).
