Illegal immigration will NEVER end. Deportation NEVER stops and individual form returning to U.S.A. You can build the border wall 300 feet high, they'll bomb or shoot it down. What else can you do? This is a NEVER-ending cycle.

why is arnold getting all the flack from this? the CA senate has half the approval rating of arnold. plus he can't sign a budget unless 60% of the senate votes one in, all he could do is try and get the two sides to talk together. now he is campaigning for proposition 1F an may 19th that prevents legislators and the governor from getting raises if we run a budget deficit.
