    Hate Apple or not, this was the day when Apple took 'smartphone' to a whole new level. It set THE standard in the mobile market and everyone has to acknowledge it. I just hope Apple reshuffles their OS cos Samsung/Nokia are getting more attention from the consumers due to their flexible OS.

    Let me tell you what happened! Android had a UI in 2005 and it looked like BB` UI. In 2007, Apple announced the iPhone. The Android`s developers cancelled their project and changed the whole UI, and the system, and the result was a copy of the iOS (we called it iPhone OS that time). I mean the iPhone`s home screen, gestures, etc..

    The second thing is, as Jobs said, they worked 2.5 years on this project, and they announced it in january, 2007. That means they worked on it already in 2004-2005,,
