nice video!! Although it seems a little slow when switching tabs , i think that the speed is quite good for daily use...
1) have you tried to use any 3D Driver from xda (it may be a little faster but it might cause some lock-ups to the phone
2)Can you show a little bit the Manila in your next video?especially the new features , landscape photos , music albums , and scrolling through lists like peoples tab and internet tab..(with or without 3D driver
