I would consider getting the reviewer card in hopes of receiving good service. Some restaurants burnt my food or the waiters/waitresses were incredibly rude. I'd like to tip well(25-50% depending on the service) when waiters/waitresses are kind and refills my water a few times, but I hate tipping when the waiter/waitress is rude. I don't think they deserve any tip at all, but I know they split it with other waiters/waitresses so I just stick to the bare minimum of 15%

Phil i just came to this country in europe similar to russia called ukraine. and let me tell you when you said "officers are investigating" man who ever told you that is a liar. these countries make sad of what they do to people. no one cares for or about anyone. people driving 120 miles an hour with babies in the back someone holding it with shittier roads then a construction site. Dear God help that kid.
