  • @ everyone who thinks this is a waste of money-- the free version of Sketchup works just as well as the "pro" version of Sketchup. Google also gives licensing grants to states so that their entire school systems can use SketchUp Pro for free if they want it.

  • hello, great videos

  • @highonhayek you dont pay stupid child

  • This is great =]=]

  • I've use SketchUp for home projects and Google Earth modelling. It is amazingly addictive. I just wish more teachers would take a serious look at SkecthUp and how it can add value to their lessons, and not just Design Technology, other subjects too. Most of the time I use a laptop without a mouse... works great. I'd also recommend trying something like the "3dConnexion" navigator for greater control over the model, e.g. zoom in and rotate at the same time as you are drawing a line.

  • @zloiser Great for 3D visualization too. I love Sketchup and it's very easy to use too!

    :)

  • @lmonsad The Professional version is the one that costs money. I'm glad the free version is widely accessible. Some people will eventually upgrade to the Professional version if they have the money. I love freeware it's good for when money is short. Not everybody can pull $400.00 out of their rear-end!

  • Cool class!

  • Wow some guys without a mouse, I couldn't do that :P

  • For those who see this video and wonder why their school does not have one....MAKE IT HAPPEN...contact your MAYOR and Superintendent of Schools and force them to see what is possible.
