Ineffective Teacher Bad Classroom Behavior

Here is a teacher who was tenured and got to keep his job, while I was fired because the high school had too many teachers and not enough funds in the "budget" to keep the fresh young teachers not tenured.
This is what the public school system has come to, This guy can't even keep his students interested in the subject. You can hear the teacher mumbling his lesson while students talk and video the class.

Cell phones should not be and typically are NOT allowed in class. THAT IS POINT NUMBER 10 in all the reasons why this man is a bad teacher and gets to keep his job because of the loop holes in the system that KEEPS TENURED TEACHERS and makes it COSTLY AND LEGALLY messy to get them out of the classroom. This is a CHICAGO PUBLIC HIGH SCHOOL. They are all wearing white because this is their uniform. They have to wear white tops no logos or graphics... blue pants no holes... rips... sagging pants... again no logos or symbols of any kind. They cannot carry backpacks unless they are clear and they couldnt bring their lunch or any other food drink to school. The school is Schurz High School in Chicago North side near Logan Square.

THIS IS/WAS A CHICAGO PUBLIC SCHOOL TEACHER... IN THE FALL 2007 HE KEPT HIS JOB DOING THIS IN THE CLASSROOM .. I WAS FIRED BECAUSE OF LOW ENROLLMENT AT THE SCHOOL... LAST HIRED. FIRST FIRED! THIS SUX!

They are literally STEALING other kids' education!

If the teacher only had the power to remove this loud mouth little girl from his class! The class would function much, much better!

If an EXPERIENCED teacher can get her to be quiet, what makes you think a rookie teacher can?

It's time we started holding STUDENTS accountable!
