Im a lady I have this exact gun. An armed defense instructor with a long list of credenials rec it. He taught me to shoot with supporting hand wrapped around gun hand with thumb over thumb for max control. That with the right stance goes a long way with this gun. It does have recoil.

the air Lites are cute and spiffy bit they weigh 11 to 12 ounces, and they cost 1100 $ new and there is NO reason to fire 357 mags in them unless you do single action. They recoil horribly and follow up shots suck. The 16 ounce Air Weights and 23 oz steel J frames are more comfortable to shoot and cost half as much.

WOW That is a LOT of recoil for not a lot of ballistic performance. Look how hard it recoils back into the web of the hand an how much it torques over to the right. I love to carry them - but I HATE to shoot them. Whatever your problem is you had better be able to solve it in 5 shots or less.....

What model is this? It looks like my 340PD but without the titanium cylinder. Is it a .38 or .357? What load is this in the video?

j-frames can be very uncomfortable to shoot especially if firing 50+ rounds. I never shoot more then that at a time.
