A poem I have perfomed at HIV and AIDS vigils. A piece demontrating the very centre strength of being queer. A heartfelt battle cry reaching through the decades and constantly involed in the now. A cheer for hope and a decoration adorning gay history.

The Yellow brick road- is just a figment of somebody else' s imagination. Real hope lies in strength and union. We all have something to say and a million ways of saying it. We are on the MOVE now with friends, lovers, bed fellow by our side. We travel.... This are our journey This is our life!

Excellent stuff. A somewhat different rendition from the live performance I saw last week, as befits the medium - the close up and the quieter intensity go well together.
