gotta love these g35/g37/Z throaty exhaust sound. I purposely roll my window down and I tend to down shift just to hear the exhaust notes. It literally is music to my ears. I know it's a cliche, but it really is pleasant to hear.

Don't thumbs down. He's right. Only the actual Sport trim-level is available with a manual 6speed transmission. If you see an "S" on the back it could be an actual Sport with manual, or an auto Journey with the Sport package. But No "S" means 100% chance of auto cuz it's a Journy or Base.

I know there is alot of talk about driving a stick. if you want to drive your auto like a stick just switch to manual mode. the beauty of a stick without the clutch.

I have a 2009 G37XS.. and its an Auto.. with the paddle shit option, 7-speed.
I hate the exhaust note.. mine sounds like shit.. Nothing the way it should sound at all like other Infiniti's I hear driving, and I've complained to the dealer.
Their excuse was "its a 4-door, its going to sound different".. I lol'd and walked away. I've heard G35's and G37's that have better note than my car.

@DLoc760 You do know that you can get a G37 Sport with an automatic transmission, right? I have a 2008 G37S, and it has the 5AT transmission.

I just want to clarify this, NO I dont have the sports package. I was not fortunate enough to have anyone to teach me how to drive manual while growing up. I also got this car right out of high school and had zero time to learn so I went with the car I wanted and with the one I could drive.

@broboter56 Absolutely, I love this car. It's amazing. The exhaust is beautiful right out of factory, the bose sound system just sounds fantastic, and the drive is very smooth. If you can afford a car like this, I would HIGHLY recommend buying in one. You wont regret it.
