Slick, elegant ad still true today....Tracfone have come a long way since then with double minutes for life which is like a 50% discount on your airtime and it makes a huge difference to our families cell phone budget as does the free incoming texts and overseas calls at the same cost as calls in the US.

@poshiedog Yeah this is definitely an old-fashioned cell phone plan, no fancy expensive contracts, everything is easy to understand and simple. Pay money, get minutes, use minutes, repeat. Why do you need anything else?

@debsumm Yeah the double minutes thing is really what makes Tracfone such a steal. You can literally buy this card for 20 bucks this holiday season and every minute you buy in the future is doubled.

@millipaul This ad is unbelievably old, but it shows that tracfone has been helping savvy people save money on their cell phone bills for years and years. The fact that you can get a 400 minute card with a 200 minute bonus and a YEAR of service for 99 bucks proves that right away.

like the idea for the ad, just as good as all they do. their phones and plans are outstandingly cheap. and the service is fantastic. i am now also proud owner of a tracfone prepaid phone and plan. i got the individual plan for $29.99, i have autorenewal at the end of the month, but no longer fear the amount charged to me. it is and stays $29.99.no worries, no extra charges for nothing. no activation fees, no cancellation fees, no roaming fees. nice and simply, straight forward prepaid plan.

Funny, funny ad but so true! No cell phone bills ever again for people savvy enough to dump their contracts and get Tracfones....cool phones...double minutes for life, national coverage, free incoming texts and overseas calls the same rate as local!! No hassle, no fuss just the best coverage with no dropped calls!

I just love this video especially the phone in the resturant...so old-fashioned....a bit like the Tracfone they show! Well nothing much has changed except the phones...the line-up of phones from Tracfone is amazing...even a smart phone and a qwerty slider....but one thing has stayed the same....NO BILLS!

This has to be the best part about TF...no bills. I think we've all had our fair share of nasty bills with all sorts of add-ons, not to mention the overages. At least in this way, you are in total control of your bill...oh, sorry, there is no bill! :)

I wish TracFone really had these commericals still out there - I think more people need to be aware of how great the deal is. I had to trim down my minutes and trade in my IPhone, but saving more than $75+ a month just on the bill alone makes pepaid the better option. And TracFone has great reception here in Miami and that's saying something.
