Mantra Power and Hymn Aum Bliss (English version) Part-1
God is the infinite reservoir and main source of consciousness and wisdom. Our sages received divine knowledge from Him while in meditation and composed that unparallel wisdom into sacred Mantras which are contained in our ancient scriptures.These mantras or hymns are very powerful and supreme tools to lead an ideal, healthy and prosperous life .These mantras also lead us to the ultimate Realization. Here today in the first part of Mantra Power and Hymn Bliss we will explain only five small mantras for the benefit of all believers in the world. These are very effective verses. God gave this holy treasure of knowledge for all humans living on the earth because supreme truth is One.Before we start reciting mantras purify your heart and relax fully.Shun all negative thoughts and close your eyes. Decontrol your breath, let it come and go itself rhythmically.For some moments you are with Lord only. The chanting in the beginning should be audible to you for three days, i.e.vachik japa.Then the recitation should be in a low voice or say in whispers for another three days,i.e. upanshu japa . And lastly chanting should be in mind only i.e.mansik japa . We begin with the small hymn in obeisance to God :- Aum alarshiyah namah !
This mantra says," I bow to the Lord who is present in every atom of the universe and is the very basis of our souls." While chanting this hymn you should think yourself to be an integral and central part of the cosmos.If done with full concentration and true emotion this mantra would provide the bliss of nearness to God.Think that He is always sitting in your heart and soul. The recitation of next mantra with entire feeling and faith in God provides the matchless peace of mind. If done early in the morning after breathing exercises and empty stomach this small hymn cures the blood pressure and strengthens the heart . This mantra keeps the seeker happy and relaxed whole of the day and provides sound sleep.Thus paving a way for a prosperous and meaningful life:- Aum atharvanah aham syam !
The next small mantra establishes a permanent link with God and the seeker gets the higher energy all the time. The devotee starts acquiring the godly virtues and remains in heavenly rapture while fighting the temporal odds with grace of God.Herein we beseech Lord to grant us the unending bliss in which He Himself is submerged eternally:- Aum swa: oormi aa yahi ! The worldly troubles and difficulties surround us when our minds get polluted by sins,anger,vengeance and ill-will etc.Bad thoughts result into wrong actions followed by evil consequences. Therefore we should make daily practice to cleanse and purify our mind. The following powerful mantra prevents us from doing sinful actions and God protects us from the evils.Thus, making the path for a noble and a happy life :- Aum pro:apehi manas papam ! To get vigour of the body , to achieve richness of worldly life and progress in spiritual journey the following hymn is very beneficial for all who chant it.God gives everything to us and we enjoy His bounties.We should be thankful to Him. We owe this life to Him.He helps us to remove all hurdles in the life:- Aum vaji dadatu vajinam ! May all live in peace, harmony and love ! Aum Shanti: Shanti: Shanti: Aum
