These things are awesome!! You guys just need to learn how to tweek them. Take the foam body off and grease all gears...I used plain old cooking oil. Fly it without the body, all greased up, it is so quiet and stable. Other things to try: play with the angle of your blades...this changes things a lot!! Have fun!
