@MrPoopaloops if you're lifting that much it's what you're doing outside the gym, increase your carbs and protein a lot, lots of rice, chicken, fish, red meats, and potatoes!
@MrPoopaloops puttin muscle implyes eating more 3000+kcal 60%carbs 30% protein 10% fat . and heavy compound exercises followed by dome isolation , 4-5 for back/legs , 3-4 arms/shoulders/chest . drink alot of watter , ;) good luck
