We should just burn the Constitution, if the government or law-enforcements do not follow it themselves. It is useless if the people who writes the amendments and swears to follow and protect it is immune to the rules and laws that governs our nation.

The question is: Are these PIGS certified by the state or city and have they gone through a training course to certify them to use their nose as a legitimate marijuana sniffing PIG? If they do not have the certificate proving completion of the course authorizing their PIG nose to sniff or make judgement, then NO! This man is free, just like if you get caught speeding and that radar PIG is not certified by the state or city to use the radar scanner, then you win the speeding ticket.
