Well I have a theory...and this is for all nations including America. Of the millions of jobs/paths anyone could take, usually the people who join the armed forces, gangs, police force or political bodies are more times than not, the aggressors. The percentage of the people who commit these types of acts are usually associated within these groups. They are attracted to power...also, America was founded on slavery. Let's not forget that.
