I hope you all noticed how they painted east-timor as "gentle land; peacefull, smiling people"

It is widely acknowledged that over 2 million people died during Pol Pot's regime in Cambodia. I'm quite suspicious about Chomsky's argument to downplay the genocide just to explain that the american government is blocking out media coverage on East Timor. Reading though the comments I'm surprised no one reacts to this. Does anybody have a heart? Stop being so "conspiricist" about everything. It's not for the sake of ideology that we should forget the value of human life.

Evil always turns on its servants. These techniques learned and perfected in other nations can and will now be used in the U.S.A. on its lower cast members.

What's the accent of the lady narrator from BC? She sounds a bit native and a bit French and British...I'm curious
Very well said. And for those of us who try to speak of these atrocities and inform and educate the public to educate themselves, we get called Anti-American, anti-patriotic, leftist-liberal, and any thing else the Elite owned media has taught/indoctrinated them with.
As long as the president says "god bless America" at the end of his speeches, the average American could care less.
Ignorance prevails.

This appaling and very sad and thanks in large part to the US. Millions dead with the stroke of a pen and a smile, what next? How long will it be before the US government turns on it's own people, how long before the great wolf chews it's own legs off?
Hush, hush now little citizens. Go back to your pizza and football, back to your Nintendos and never mind the looming shadow cast upon the land......
