@devaloki No, they spoke of the Messiah in SMT. Who, while could be compared to the most popular one that came out at the time, Jesus Christ, could be speaking of a number of other different mythologies and Hebrew stories relating to a Messiah saving the Jewish people.

@darknessincarnate56 Not entirely true. Lucifer in this game is the ruler of chaos but the "devil" could be Satan in SMT (who is distinguished as different from Lucifer because SMT follows Hebrew mythology and follows the idea of Lucifer and Satan being separate entities).
