That Healey belongs to a friend of mine. He had that car up and running again In a matter of weeks. I think he told me less than two weeks. Not sure if you've 'run into him' since. (pun intended). I hope you got your car back on the track. Was this an SCCA, VRG, or Vintage Festival event?

@an30805 This was at the National in July. I saw John with his car at the Vintage Fall Festival on Labor Day and he told me just how much damage the impact caused.
I worked for 4 weeks straight to have my car ready for a race at NHIS in August.

Thanks, I was back in action after 4 weeks of steady work. A summary of the next race I was in is also posted. August rain race at NHMS. I did a little better. :)

You are okay I presume? sorry bout the luck! :( you were doing good out there! I like those 914's... how is the car?

I was shaken pretty good but no real injuries. The car looks bad but no structural damage. I'll have it fixed in a few weeks.
The other car is an E Production Healey, one of the last of its kind. I hope the owner has as much luck fixing it as I with mine.
