Odaiba Gundam Project 2011

Took a trip to Odaiba to see the Gundam where they've got it displayed in pieces. Admission is 500 yen. I went during Obon weekend/last day of Comiket so it was pretty crowded.

They've got on display the head, and parts of the chest, shoulder, and foot. There's a little area where you can pedal on a bike and it'll generate electricity to light up the eyes. Since they didn't have the arms and legs, the Gundam seemed kind of smaller than it actually is when built.

@SeiyuuTV too me, it's too small, in the anime, when you stand in the palm of the hands, you are tiny, but this is the real world. Of course, I'm sure that if they wanted to, they could make a bigger one.
