@vhagua : you are correct, she isnt wearing the right outfit nor used the right glass but she executed it well still. The one where the glasses are on top of the fingers is not binasuan. Its called Pandanggo sa Ilaw or Wasiwas. In Binasuan, they use wine instead of candles because it is suppose to be the dance of the people from a certain region who make wines.
she is nice...but the first time I see this kind of dance in our school, dancers are in a group of eight, wears an all Filipiniana dress, that means the skirts are long and the legs are covered. they dance in in a 3 inch in diameter glass filled with liquid half full and they dont grip the glass instead they balance it in the middle of their fingers.

Count is important and in this dance one, two or three to a measure is used.
