  • I miss both of them. Braves baseball is just not the same without them and it never will be. I can't stand Skip's son.... he's awful.

  • I had a strike against me for that one, so I had to remove it. Don't know why.

  • That 2nd base ump looked like Ted Turner.

  • thats back in the day, when fans could storm the field whenever. Now these days you can't even FART in the stands, without getting in trouble.

  • Wow-great video yank! I drove straight thru from littlefield, texas to be at the 14th game-and yeah I jinxed them. This was an unforgettable season for the braves that seems to be lost in time--what a great time for the braves! Bought World Series tickets--I paid $82.00 for them. They never made it-lost to the Cardinals--rain out wasted P Niekro in the first game--1 out short from a win as I remember-bad memory of it--so pissed at the umps for that one. But yeah -good yr-thanks

  • Now Skip and Ernie are both calling games in the Field of Dreams...

  • August 12, 2011, a sad day for Atlanta Braves fans as iconic retired Braves radio/TV broadcaster and former pitcher, Ernie Johnson, Sr. passes away. He saw the best of the Braves and the worst of the Braves, but he was always the same behind that mic and had a way of making you feel like he was your favorite granddad and you were sitting right there beside him as he gave the account of the game. Quite an announcer for sure, but quite a man without a doubt! So on this winning night Braves fans...

  • RIP Ernie Johnson. Such a great announcer.
