which is better? korg AX3000B or the Bass POD Live XT?
-
can you use multiple bass effects at the same time for instanse distortion and wah?
-
ty man;) just wondering;) now i am going to save me some cash:)
-
overall which one is better

if your lead is long enough you should just put it through the cable loop thing at the top left of the unit, then it's out of the way :)

The X3 Live and Pro are bass+guitar, but I would just play a bass with the specific products though.

can you use an other type of wah, not the auto wah, and use it like a normal wah pedal with the expression pedal to right. (dont think it is called that but i give it a shot:)

If you press the expression pedal down hard at the front you'll feel a click - there's a switch at the front under a pad. That switches it to Wah mode and you use it like a normal wah pedal. You can use that either clean or with the modelled output. I seem to remember that you can specify whether it's pre- or post-effects in the config window but I haven't tried that yet.

Or yes, you can use another standard wah either pre POD or on the output.

Mine's reliable enuf, it's just L6 support that's not very good.

So do a better one then!
I did what could with what I had, the views are mine and I stand by them. The XTL synths are crap, the Korg's are miles better, but the XTL has superb amp/cab modeling and that's what I wanted more than fx so I bought one. Would love to have a Korg too but that's a bit OT.
