That's not a travel. At 0:30, its clear that he made a jab dribble, took his first step (left foot) at 0:31 bringing his right foot up. Then the hop step (landing on both feet) at 0:32. Finally the jump shot at 0:33. I often use this technique while playing basketball. Of which the most common is: dribble, first step (right foot) while making a fake pass(going right), the hop step (landing on both feet) going left and then finally, the lay up. Manu is just definitely good on footwork.
