I was also in same trouble....To get rid of these errors You should run command prompt as Administrator.(Run As Administrator).

im on a comtuter and my mom is the adminstrator and she has parentail settings on my computer acc that im on and i want to make a new acc that dosent have parentail controls that she has set with comand promt and if she almoust finds out i need to know how to delete it to so can u make a vid of that?

What OP are you using? And do you have Administrator access?

Also, is it your own personal computer or do you share with someone. Because if it is just your computer, and you don't have admin access, then you are just wierd. O_o
