Hi everyone!

This recreation of the VS 2007 runway show hair was inspired by a video I watched from Seventeen Magazine where the hairstylist for the VS Angels was interviewed.

The video is here:
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=n7iDVVCcmqo

The extensions I talk about are from www.headkandy.com
Not only are the extensions of exceptional quality, but HeadKandy also has fabulous customer service. They are incredibly helpful when trying to find the right colour, and have an excellent return policy. I've had my extensions for over a year, and they are still in "good-as-new" condition. I will be re-uploading a review of them shortly :) -- I should also note again that I purchased these extensions MYSELF, with my own money. I found them while searching for extensions online.

The products used in the video are:

Headkandy extensions: 22-24", chocolate brown
Babybliss 1 1/2" Tourmaline curling iron
Goody paddle brush
Goody clips
Garnier fructis "bamboo" hairspray

  • @dreamynight Thank you for your comment. I agree with #1 - although it might be hard to tell from the video, my hair was not wet when I was curling it. I am very cautious about that because I realize how damaging it can be.

As for #2, I agree with curling bottom layers first - if I curl my hair "normally" that is what I do, however I find it easier to work from the top down so that I don't have to section off my hair first.

  • what is the best hairspray to use i mess with my hair alot and sometimes i get that white stuff . thx :)

  • @zaydarg I have that problem sometimes as well! The best I've tried so far is actually the Victoria's Secret hair spray. I tried that fancy L'Oreal Elnett (I think it's called) spray and while it has great reviews and I initially liked it, I wasn't crazy about the little white flakey things that appeared after I combed my hair haha. I also like the Garnier Fructis bamboo hair spray which is only about $4 at drugstores!

  • How do you sleep? Do you start over in the moning or is there a way you can wrap it up so that it looks just as beauitful in morning mornng??? BTW: You look really pretty. PLZ help, Thanx ; - )

  • @browncutie89 Thank you! You can sometimes find these "sleep caps" that are like showercaps ... for sleeping haha. They're supposed to prevent your hair from moving around if you toss and turn at night. Otherwise, I typically just do this in the morning or before I am going somewhere so they stay curly :)

  • @kissonthechic Wow! Why aren't you getting money from this? Apparently you like doing this and you do it well! You explained much better than the guy on the Seventeen ''interview''. Congats!

    PS: You're naturali gorgeous!

  • Nice!!! I like the way it turned out. I would have teased on the top also just to keep it from looking flat but I like it! If I had long hair I would do this :)

  • You look like Angelina Jolie a little (or Olivia Wilde)

  • YOUR SO CUTE :)

  • Hi hair fans ! Please go to youtube.com/watch?v=0FUJTvWtkso Promise it is not a spam. I just need someone to tell me if you know the girl on the video?

  • you kinda remind me of olivia wilde!

  • Lolu look like ur trying hard to be a victoria secret mofel

  • @kissonthechic Hey again. I just thought I share with you that I tried this look on a weave. Non of my hair was out except for my hair in the front. I thought that maybe it would not work because weaves are heavy and have to be treated differently from your real hair. Well let me tell you, it looked wonderful. Though it did need more heat because it was a weave. I aquired the same look and just want to say Thank You! ;-)

  • you are so pretty! u can be a victoria's secret model ;)

  • you look like lauren-elaine. like no joke! lol
