This is a video my oldest son shot in September 2008 while doing some bush hog mowing for a customer of his. The tractor is a John Deere 3720 cab tractor with vertical exhaust, pulling a John Deere 6ft Rotary Mower through an open field that has grown over 6-7ft high in some areas.

  • i hate bushhogging big grass like that. its actually dangerous because if you arent familiar with the area you could run into or over something and break your tractor, and that would suck.

  • If you can show the bush hog working in different angles it would be a better video.

  • @gokory hahaha thats funny man! I think this guy is just a true john deere fan so you have to give him credit.

  • That's a pretty nice job with a rotary mower. The quality and finish looks like a flail.

  • that is some tall grass right there thank god there is john deere tractors

  • make more vids please and ill get u subscribers teehehehehe joe

  • you need our rotary mower we have a 10ft howse it has gone over 200 acres of fields this year its a good mower we use a nh tl100 to brush hog with works good

  • @b1cow i noticed that its the same video

  • @b1cow - I don't know how to do it but it's apparently easy. As for why he would steal your video, some people post videos so they get hits on their user name. Some users get paid for hits. I believe you can report video theft to YouTube & they will help you protect your "copyrighted" video. If you ever get to a point that you get paid for your videos, thiefs can cut into your views because there is some where else to view your video. If it is viewed from their post, you don't get the credit.

  • @gilraine1225 i aint ever heard of nobody doin that...but yea it possibly cld work...if the rocks werent buried underground it wld work but if they wld b underground n theyd be stickin out just enough for ur machine to hit it u wld b in trouble

  • @johndeereman567 if you have a loader, curl the bucket up and put it down low to the ground.. with any luck, the bucket will find rocks before the mower does

  • damn thats a nice tractor im jealous, ever run short of power doing stuff like that, Ive been looking at these tractors with cabs
