I find it funny how the "punks" are saying fuck crass because Crass is saying punk is dead.I myself have been a punk/anarchist since I was 13.They're saying punk is dead because it has been exploited and made mainstream, which it has been.Bur real punk is still alive underground, and it's as fucking punk as ever.

"To my utter despair I have discovered, and discover every day anew, that there is in the masses no revolutionary idea or hope or passion."
this is how they want you to be.

by the powerful elite. he just doesnt know it. he is being deceived so he believes that he is actually dependant on the current system and the rule by the few.
this makes no sense of course but the bigger the lie...
i think there is a lot of potential outthere but it might take a while till a real revolution happens.

no. i just want to urge you to watch some noam chomsky stuff.
especially the motmakt video.
yes anarchism, like any alternative to the status quo, is in a constant war with powerful aggressors. but history is full of struggling dissident movements that fought and got defeated many times before they won significant achievements.
progression is hard and dangerous work.
change is never a gift from above. the average joe is being attacked constantly.

I like anarcho-punk but I don't like anarchism. Anyone want to kill me?

Anyone know the lyrics to the 3rd verse? It's omitted in the Feeding version so I'm curious as to what the lyrics are, Steve is hard to dissect!
@Slapchop8 Unfortunately, the revolution will never come. The majority of people our content enough with their lives that they won't be prepared to act in order to actually change things. They aren't truly happy, but satisfied enough to leave things the way they are. Clear rules give most people a security that they would feel naked without. Sadly, I don't trust humanity enough to live without rules...yet. But I'm hopeful we'll get their eventually (if we don't wipe ourselves out before then).

@tylerrepotter Anarchy by it's very definition is open to individual interpretation, but to me it sounds more like you're describing Individualism ('no one to please but yourself') or even Nihilism when you mentioned the rejection of morals. In my opinion, if we were all able to trust each other's judgment (as well as our own) there would be no need for any rules or hierarchies. There is no authority but yourself - to me that does not mean individual self interest but a collective understanding.
