Location:
The apartments are situated in a quiet residential area about 700 m from the nearest beach and the centre of Puerto de Pollensa. A diverse selection of shops, bars, restaurants and a large supermarket where guests will find all they will ever need whilst on holiday are located just 100 m from the complex. It is 60 km to the airport.

Facilities:
The cosy apartment complex comprises 9 small blocks, which are located amidst sprawling gardens of about 3,500 m². The air-conditioned complex whose owners have always been on personal terms with their guest offers a total of 25 2-bedroom apartments and a communal, free-of—charge laundry room with 2 washing machines. If required, guests are able to rent a car, reserve excursions or taxis or use the bike hire service. Amongst the facilities count a foyer with a safe; guests may participate in the kids club activities or let off steam in the playground.

Rooms:
The 2-room apartments each come with a bathroom, a full kitchen with a fridge, microwave and oven, satellite TV, a safe, a fan and a balcony or terrace with a table and chairs. Air conditioning is available on payment of a small fee, which is payable on arrival. The maid services include daily cleaning and a change of bed linen every other day; towels are changed once a week. Cots and extra fans may be hired if necessary. Children up to the age of 12 can make use of the sofa bed to be found in the apartment lounge.

Sports/Entertainment:
In the outdoor complex are 2 freshwater swimming pools and a separate childrens pool around which is a terrace with sun loungers to relax on and soak up the rays.
